As property investors ourselves we understand the needs and wants of other property investors. We understand that every property investor (and investment) is different and this is bourn in mind with the service we provide so we do not adopt a one-size-fits-all approach. We are very active in searching for properties on and off market, all of which must meet our minimum ROI before we will consider presenting them to a potential investor.
