What type of properties do you source?
Our focus is buy refurbish refinance projects (BRR) and buy to flip investment opportunities. We will only offer properties we would invest in ourselves.
What are your fees?
Our fees vary dependent on the property value and whether you require full project management or just for us to source the property for you. We will provide you will full details of fees before we require you sign any documentation.
Do you view the properties?
Yes. In addition to our local knowledge of the area, this is also one of the reasons we only source investments in Birmingham and surrounding areas.
What documents do you need from me to source a property?
Before we are able to put an offer on a property for you, we will require the following documentation to be sent to us.
- Photographic ID (passport or driving licence);
- Address ID (Council Tax, bank statement or utility bill);
- Proof of Funds (3 months bank statements)
- Limited company incorporation document
- Mortgage in principle (if applicable)
How Long does the process take?
This will likely vary from property to property. However, on average we would estimate 6-8 weeks for completion of the legal work. For a BRR project, the time estimate for completion of the full project will depend on the extent of building works required to the property.
