Buy Refurbish Refinance

This is a great ay of recycling your deposit and building a large property portfolio quickly.  This strategy involves buying a property in poor condition, below market value (due to the work that needs to be done to it) and then refurbishing it and after the work has been completed refinance the property at the new market value hopefully releasing most (if not all) of your initial investment.

Buy To Flip Investment

This process involves buying a property and improving it so that it can be sold quickly for a profit.  Flipping a property is seen as high-risk and high-reward but if done correctly it can generate substantial profits in a relatively short period of time,

Analyse

After finding a suitable property for you we then analyse the figures and double our efforts to research the background of both the vendor and the property thoroughly so that we are in the best position to negotiate on your behalf.

Negotiate

This is where you’ll be truly glad you chose to use our property investment service.

We are the ones to have those awkward conversations and ask the necessary questions. It is our job to get the best price on the right terms for you.

Liaise

Once your offer is accepted, we will then continue to deal with every aspect of your property investment purchase.

We will confer with your solicitor for the necessary paperwork, deal with local tradespeople and iron out any other problems.

06.

Project Manage

If your investment is a BRR, we will deal with the day to day management of the refurbishment project and will provide you with videos and photographs along the way.

07.

Enjoy

Once your investment property is secured and the necessary work has been completed, we leave you to celebrate and enjoy your new adventure.
